Enter the house on the Ground (“0”) Floor and you will find yourself in the welcoming Entrance Foyer, accessible both from the front door and the two-car garage. The “wood floor” is in fact ceramic, so sand from the beach and wet feet are no problem. The Elevator will take you from the ground floor to any other floor in the house. The architecturally designed space is intended to provide dual house and immediate beach access to the 2nd refrigerator/freezer and the 2nd stacked washer and dryer - make it easy to wash towels and swimwear.
